This website runs on infrastructure operated by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. Delivering the site technically requires processing connection data such as your IP address, request time, requested URL, and browser information in server logs. This is based on Byteprint's legitimate interest in operating a secure and reliable website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Log data is not combined with waitlist data. Where the provider processes data outside the EU or EEA, transfers are safeguarded by EU standard contractual clauses.
Waitlist data
When you join the waitlist, Byteprint stores your access type, name, email address, company and job role when applicable, free-text use case, and submission time. A normalized email is used to prevent duplicates.
Purpose and legal basis
The data is used only to manage the waitlist, understand requested use cases, and contact you about Byteprint. Processing is based on your request under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and, where applicable, Byteprint's legitimate interest in planning the product under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Retention and deletion
Waitlist records are retained until you ask for deletion or the purpose no longer applies. You can withdraw from the waitlist at any time by emailing spielewoym@gmail.com. Byteprint will then delete the record unless a legal obligation requires retention.
Storage and recipients
Waitlist records are stored in Byteprint's application database. Hosting provider: Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. Data is not sold or used for advertising.
Local preferences and cookies
Your language, theme, and analytics choice are stored locally in your browser. The analytics choice lasts 180 days. Without your consent, Google Analytics is not loaded and no analytics data is sent to Google. Advertising features are disabled.
Optional visitor analytics
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. It measures page visits, referral sources, approximate location and device information, engagement time, decoder use, and successful waitlist submissions. Form contents, names, email addresses, and submitted fingerprints are not sent to Analytics. Query parameters and fragments are removed from the page addresses we send.
The legal bases are Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG. Analytics cookies (starting with _ga) expire within 180 days. Event data is retained in the Analytics property for two months; aggregated reports may remain available longer. Google may process data outside the EEA. See Google’s privacy policy and its data processing terms for details.
You can withdraw consent at any time through “Analytics settings” in the footer. We then stop collection, remove this site’s Analytics cookies, and reload the page. Withdrawal applies to future collection and does not affect earlier processing.
Your rights
