Waitlist data
When you join the waitlist, Byteprint stores your access type, name, email address, company and job role when applicable, free-text use case, and submission time. A normalized email is used to prevent duplicates.
Purpose and legal basis
The data is used only to manage the waitlist, understand requested use cases, and contact you about Byteprint. Processing is based on your request under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and, where applicable, Byteprint's legitimate interest in planning the product under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Retention and deletion
Waitlist records are retained until you ask for deletion or the purpose no longer applies. You can withdraw from the waitlist at any time by emailing spielewoym@gmail.com. Byteprint will then delete the record unless a legal obligation requires retention.
Storage and recipients
Waitlist records are stored in Byteprint's application database. Hosting provider: pending before public launch. Email processor: pending before public launch. Data is not sold or used for advertising.
Local preferences and cookies
The selected language and theme are stored locally in your browser using localStorage. Byteprint currently uses no advertising cookies and no visitor analytics.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority. Contact spielewoym@gmail.com to exercise a right.
